We always calculate your interest rate based on the best possible LTV and guarantee that you are not paying more than you should.

In the app, our interest rate ladder has seven tiers, and your LTV determines which tier you fall into. When your LTV decreases, we automatically lower your interest rate. We will never increase your interest rate based on a drop in your property's value.
