Which decisions require the County Governor's consent?

Examples of such actions include:

  • Buying and selling real estate

  • Taking on debt

  • Mortgaging property or encumbering it with servitudes

  • Operating real estate

  • Acting as a guarantor for someone else's debt

  • Making large gifts

  • Advancing inheritance

  • Withdrawal from a capital account

  • Lending funds

  • Taking out life insurance, annuities, or an annuity for elderly support (fødderåd)
