When you increase your instalment amount, the change will apply to all future payments on the loan. Increasing the instalment also means that the repayment period will be shorter, since you are paying more each term.
If you later wish to reduce the instalment amount, please contact customer service via chat in the app or by phone at +47 46 87 10 00.
Please note that changes do not take effect immediately. The loan must first be recalculated, and the timing will depend on both your due date and when you make the request.
We therefore always recommend checking your repayment schedule in the app after changing your instalment amount. This will give you the most updated and complete overview.
