I forgot my personal BankID password. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your personal BankID password, you can:

  • Send us a message via chat

  • Call us at 46 87 10 00 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–15:00)

We will send you a new one-time password, then you can proceed to make a new password.
