How Do We Determine Your Property Value?
How Do We Determine Your Property Value?

Mortgage, Property value

Updated this week

Every month, we check the price trends in your local area and assess what your property is worth based on these trends.

The value is estimated using several criteria, including:

  • The sale prices of properties in your area

  • Sales speed

  • The size of your property

  • Year of construction, etc.

This means the property valuation in the app is based on an approved value and reflects general price changes in your area. The value can also vary if you have renovated or made significant changes, as we do not have access to this information.

Update Property Value
If you’ve received an e-valuation (e-takst) and wish to update your property value, you need to submit the e-takst reference number so we can update it. You can do this in the app by going to Property -> Property Value -> Update Property Value.

If you submit the e-takst after the 15th of the month, the value will be updated 40 days later. If you submit it before, the value will be adjusted during the next valuation cycle (within 15-20 days).

You can send us an updated e-valuation at any time during your customer relationship. We will then adjust the property value (and the interest rate) according to the value in the e-valuation.

Is My E-Takst Valid?
The e-valuation should not be older than 6 months and must be approved by Bulder. (The value in the e-takst will be weighted less the older it is.)

Where Can I Find the Reference Number?
You can find the reference number in the PDF document you received from the real estate agent.
