How do I sign loan documents online?
You have to use your BankID to sign loan documents. BankID on phone is not valid. If your bank is not available in the BankID-app, you can sign the documents with your BankID chip.
My BankID is blocked or expired
If your BankID is blocked or has expired, you can usually easily unlock it yourself in online banking. If you are unable to do so, you can contact the bank that issued your BankID, and they will help remove the block.
If you cannot find your old BankID-chip, you will need to order a new one from the bank where you originally received it.
