Activation of BankID
Sparebanken Norge issues BankID on behalf of Bulder.
Therefore, during the ordering process, you will see Sparebanken Norge listed as the sender and in various menu options. You will also receive a letter from Sparebanken Norge along with the code device — you can disregard this.
There are two parts that must be completed before you can start using BankID with us.
First, you need to activate your BankID agreement in Part 1, and then you can use your BankID agreement to log in to the BankID app in Part 2
Part 1 – Log in to the Bulder app and confirm activation of BankID
Tap the status message under the Home tab.
(You can also find your BankID status via Profile in the top left corner → Order BankID.)
Tap “Activate BankID.” Log in using the “Login without BankID” option.
Use a one-time code from your code device and your online banking password.
You have previously received this online banking password by SMS from TietoEvry.
You are now logged in and must confirm the activation of your BankID agreement.
If everything looks correct, the screen will appear like this:
Tick the boxes after reading the information and verify that the correct email address is registered.
Then press “Confirm and continue.” Once this is done, your BankID agreement with us is activated.
Part 2 – What happens after your BankID agreement is activated?
Do you already use the BankID app?
Before you can start using your new BankID, you must delete the existing BankID app from your mobile phone.
Shortly after activation, you will receive a new temporary password by email (for BankID login). You will need this email password in the next step.
Now, test that your new BankID works. The first time you log in using BankID and the temporary password (from the email), you will be asked to create your own personal password. You can do this on any website that supports BankID login — for example: Altinn, Helse Norge, or Skatteetaten.
Here, you must use your code device and select Sparebanken Norge as the login provider:
This is what the menu looks like when you create a new personal password
The password you create will be your personal BankID password going forward.
Choose one that is easy to remember but difficult for others to guess.
Wait at least one hour, then download the BankID app again and activate it.
