Currently, it is not possible to transfer a BankID agreement, as each agreement is tied to a specific bank. If you wish to use the BankID app with BankID from Bulder (Sparebanken Vest), you must order a new BankID agreement with us. This assumes you intend to use us as your primary bank going forward. We recommend not deleting anything before you have successfully set up and tested your BankID with us 😊
Steps to Activate the BankID App with Bulder (Sparebanken Vest):
Order a New BankID: First, order and activate a BankID with Bulder (Sparebanken Vest) and ensure it works properly.
Delete and Reinstall the BankID App:
Delete the BankID app from your phone.
Download the app again and activate it with BankID from Sparebanken Vest.
When prompted, select Sparebanken Vest as the bank you wish to link the app to.
Switch Login Bank in the App (if you have another active BankID):
During the process, go to the "Choose another bank" menu and select Sparebanken Vest.
Important Notes:
Do not delete your current BankID or app until you have successfully set up and tested your new BankID with Bulder.
If errors persist after deleting the app, it may still be linked to your previous bank’s BankID. Contact your previous bank and ask them to remove the app connection in their systems.
