How do I move my customer relationship to Bulder?

First, you need to become a customer at Bulder! To become a customer, you need to download the app and follow the instructions when you start it. You must have a Norwegian registered address due to our policy.

The process is as follows:

  1. Download the Bulder app and become a customer with BankID (on mobile or tablet) 🚀

  2. Answer a few questions 📝

  3. You are now a customer 🏁😍

Once you’ve become a customer, an account will automatically be created for you. You will need to manually set up/move your accounts to Bulder. Your other banking relationships, except for eFaktura, will not be automatically transferred.

How to set up a new account and savings account?

Go to Min BulderAccount ➡ Tap the plus sign "+" in the top right corner ➡ Create new.

How to share an account with others?

If you want to give others access to one or more of your accounts, you can do so easily in the app. You can add or remove authorized users from your account at any time. To order a card for an authorized user, they must contact us via chat after the account has been shared.

How to add or move a salary account?

We also think salary is great! Get it into the app and look forward to your finances 😎. This can be done in the app under Min BulderSalary on accountAdd Salary. Remember to provide the new account number to your employer.

eFaktura

Get your bills pre-filled directly in the Bulder app. All you need to do is confirm the payment. eFaktura is an electronic invoice sent directly to the app registered under your name and personal ID number. The service is independent of any bank, and you can choose which bank or account to pay the bill from.

Investment Funds

You can easily transfer your investment funds with a share savings (ASK) account to us without paying taxes. The process typically takes 10 business days, but it can take longer depending on how long the sender takes.

BankID

At Bulder, you can order a BankID when you decide to use Bulder as your primary bank. If you already have BankID with another bank, you do not need to order a new one.

You only order BankID if you want to terminate your customer relationship with your old bank.

To get BankID at Bulder, you must be an active customer with card usage and payments. Before ordering, check that you have valid identification—only a valid passport with an RFID chip or a Norwegian national ID card with an RFID chip is recognized as valid identification at Bulder.
