Some customers experience that their property does not appear in the application or is not approved by Bulder. Here is some information that may be relevant:
I receive a message that no properties are registered in the Norwegian Mapping Authority (Kartverket):
We recommend that you chat with Kartverket at kartverket.no to find out why your property is not registered there.
I receive a message that the property has too low an area score
A low area score does not mean the area is плох, but rather that there is greater uncertainty around property valuation compared to areas where more homes are sold.
We are continuously working to expand our lending criteria, but for now, you may need to wait before transferring the loan on this property to Bulder.
Can a valuation (e-takst) improve the area score?
An e-takst (property valuation) will not affect this assessment. The uncertainty is not related to the value of your specific property, but rather to the level of property transactions in the area where the property is located.
