Here are the differences between the various login methods:
Login with BankID:
Uses a one-time code from the code token and a personal password (BankID password) for login.
You order BankID yourself in the online bank.
You can also use the BankID app, which eliminates the need for the one-time code from the code token.
Login with BankID app:
Select BankID as the method and then choose the BankID app.
You approve a notification on your phone and enter your BankID password to log in.
Login with BankID on mobile:
You enter your phone number and date of birth.
You receive a dialog on your mobile phone, where you must confirm a reference code (two words) and enter your self-chosen PIN code (ID-PIN).
You activate BankID on mobile in the online bank.
Login without BankID:
Uses a net banking password and a one-time code from the code token for login.
This method can only be used for logging into your online bank.
