How Do I Transfer an AvtaleGiro?
You can easily move all your AvtaleGiro agreements from another bank to Bulder:
Go to Payments in the app.
Select AvtaleGiro.
Tap Move AvtaleGiro from other banks.
Choose the account in Bulder where you want the agreement(s) to be moved.
After selecting the account, you will be directed to the Transfer Portal. Log in with BankID so we can retrieve the agreements from your other bank.
Transfer Portal for AvtaleGiro
In the Transfer Portal, you’ll see an overview of all AvtaleGiro agreements in your other banks. You can choose one or all agreements. Remember, all selected agreements will be transferred to the account you chose in Step 4. If you want to distribute agreements across different accounts, it’s best to complete the process in multiple rounds.
When you’ve selected the agreements to move, tap Transfer Agreements. The agreements will then be processed and moved to your new bank. In some cases, the transfer may take a few minutes to complete.
If an agreement already has a payment due in the other bank, this will also be transferred to the selected account. Therefore, ensure the account has sufficient funds.
Issues with the AvtaleGiro Portal
Occasionally, there may be session errors when opening the portal with BankID. If this happens, try again, as the issue is often related to BankID rather than the portal itself.

How to Create a New AvtaleGiro
If you’ve received a brand-new AvtaleGiro that you’ve never paid before:
Go to Payments in the app.
Select AvtaleGiro.
Tap New AvtaleGiro.
Scan or manually enter the account number and KID.
Swipe to create the agreement.
How to Change the Payment Account for an AvtaleGiro
If you’d like to change the account used for a specific agreement:
Go to Payments in the app.
Select AvtaleGiro.
Choose the agreement you want to update.
Tap From Account.
Select the new account for the payments.
If there’s already a scheduled payment, remember to update it separately.
Benefits of AvtaleGiro
With AvtaleGiro, your bills are paid automatically on the due date. You’ll receive the bill in the app at least a week before payment.

Transferring from Sparebanken Vest
If transferring agreements from Sparebanken Vest:
Log in to their mobile banking app.
Go to Payments and then tap AvtaleGiro and eFaktura.
For each AvtaleGiro, tap From Account.
Select the Bulder account you want to use for payments.
